Here is an offer for a 3-year PhD position in our group at LAUM (Le Mans, France), scheduled to start in Fall 2026. The project's goal is to develop acoustic metamaterials for the control of underwater soundscapes. The tools and approach are essentially those of wave physics, but the work is expected to open up to applications in bioacoustics.
